Terms of Service

The rules for using MathSolver

2026/10/06

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://mathsolver.tools (the "Service"), operated by mathsolver.tools ("MathSolver", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You can use parts of the Service without an account. If you create one, keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Free use and limits

The Service offers a limited number of free solves per day, and we may change these limits. Paid plans, when offered, describe their features and limits on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in a way that breaks the law or your school's academic integrity rules;
  • submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • include other people's personal information in the problems you submit;
  • scrape, overload or automate access to the Service, or bypass its limits or security checks;
  • copy, resell or build a competing service from our content or solutions.

Learning, not cheating

MathSolver is a learning tool. Solutions are explained step by step so you can understand the method. You are responsible for how you use them, including following your teachers' and school's rules on homework, quizzes and exams.

Accuracy of solutions

Solutions are generated by an AI model and checked automatically, but they can still contain mistakes. The Service is provided for educational purposes only. Review the steps, and do not rely on the Service where an error could cause harm, such as professional, engineering, medical or financial decisions.

Content

You keep any rights you have in the problems you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the Service, to store the resulting solutions, and to reuse anonymized problem and solution pairs to answer the same question for other users and to improve the Service. Our website, design and written content belong to us.

Payments and refunds

If you buy a paid plan, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, from Billing or by writing to support@mathsolver.tools. A refund ends the plan immediately. Later renewals are not refunded, except where applicable law requires it.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathSolver will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a solution. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
